Who is in charge of transportation?

kheoos handles transportation whether you are selling or buying a part. If you are selling, we send you our purchase order by email, specifying your internal reference, the brand, and the manufacturer's reference. We ask you to prepare the package and send us the packaging details. We then send you the transport label and commission a carrier to pick up the goods from your place and deliver them directly to the end customer. They are not aware of your name as we guarantee transparency of information. If you are buying, we send the order to the address provided when you placed your order.
